The Meeting Minutes page is where you can find downloads for the current years meeting information.

Board meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:00pm.  They are held at Epiphany Lutheran Church on Maplecrest Road.

​

Board meetings are only held if a majority of board members are able to attend an quorum is achieved.  If a quorum is not achieved meeting minutes will not be available.
